Welcome to the Neighborhood Initiative!
The idea for EPNI began in Spring 2022, when Mrs. Paige Kozak began working with Mr. Matt Blom and his band students. Their students inspired and propelled them forward. With the support and investment from our community, they discovered there was way more they could do for not only their students, but students and their grown ups across the Eastern Panhandle.
They realized, through their work, that what our community needs most is trust and to know there are always people on your team to help however they are able. We strive to create a neighborhood where individuals can rely on each other and work together towards a brighter future.
